What clients say

Questions? We have answers

How much does it cost to use a mortgage broker?
Nothing, in most cases. The lender pays us a commission when your loan settles. If a fee ever applies for a specialist loan, we'll tell you upfront before any work starts.
Which lenders do you work with?
A panel of major banks, building societies, and non-bank lenders. Working with a panel means we can place your application where it's most likely to be approved on good terms, not just with one bank.
How long does pre-approval take?
Often within a couple of business days once we have your documents. Timing depends on the lender and how complex your situation is, and we'll give you a realistic estimate at the start.
Can you help if the bank has already said no?
Frequently, yes. Different lenders assess applications differently, and a decline from one doesn't mean a decline everywhere. We'll look at why it was declined and whether another lender is a better fit.
Do I have to come into an office?
No. Most of the process happens over phone, video, and secure document upload. If you'd rather meet in person, we can arrange that too.
