Make sure your loan still fits

The loan that suited you at settlement may not be the best fit today. We review your rate and structure against the wider market, and if there’s a better deal, we manage the switch from start to finish.

What we do when you refinance

Rates move, banks compete, and your circumstances change. A loan review is a quick way to find out whether your current structure is still working for you, or quietly costing you.

We compare your loan against our panel, weigh up any break costs or incentives honestly, and only recommend a move when you genuinely come out ahead. If staying put is the right answer, we’ll tell you that too.

  • A genuine market comparisonYour rate and structure lined up against banks and non-bank lenders, not just your current bank’s retention offer.
  • The full picture, not just the rateBreak fees, cash incentives, loan structure and flexibility all factored in before we recommend anything.
  • Restructure to fit your lifeSplitting fixed and floating, offset accounts, repayment changes: structure matters as much as the rate.
  • We handle the switchApplications, discharge paperwork and lender back-and-forth managed for you through to settlement.

Common questions

When is it worth refinancing?
Common triggers are a fixed term ending, a rate meaningfully above the market, a change in your circumstances, or wanting to release equity. We’ll run the numbers including any break costs so the decision is clear.
Will I have to pay break fees?
Possibly, if you leave a fixed term early. It depends on your lender, rate and time remaining. We always factor break costs into the comparison so you only move when it genuinely stacks up.
Do I have to change banks?
Not necessarily. Sometimes the best outcome is a restructure or a sharper rate with your current lender, and having other offers on the table helps that conversation.
