Why we exist
A mortgage is the biggest financial decision most people ever make, yet the process often feels like it was designed to confuse: jargon, fine print, and a different answer from every bank. Easyfinance exists because we believe it doesn’t have to be that way.

How we work
Going directly to a bank gets you one answer: theirs. Each lender has its own appetite, its own rules and its own idea of what you can borrow, and none of them will tell you when a competitor would suit you better. Because we compare a wide panel of lenders, we can place your application where it has the best chance of the right outcome, not just an outcome.
It starts with a conversation about your income, deposit and goals. We respond to every enquiry the same working day, and from there we do the legwork: comparing lenders, preparing your application properly the first time, and negotiating on your behalf. You deal with one adviser the whole way through. No call centres, no starting the story again.
We help New Zealand borrowers with the two moments that matter most: buying a first home and refinancing or restructuring an existing loan. Either way, the approach is the same: understand first, recommend second.

Easyfinance is the trading name of Easy Financial Limited (FSP1013518), a registered Financial Advice Provider and a member of an approved dispute resolution scheme, Financial Services Complaints Ltd (FSCL). In most cases our advice costs you nothing, because the lender pays us a commission when your loan settles. That’s not fine print to us. It’s how we can give advice to anyone who needs it, not just those who can pay for it.
