What happens next
The first conversation is relaxed and usually short. We’ll ask about your goals (buying, refinancing, investing or building) and talk through some rough numbers: your income, deposit or equity, and any existing lending. That’s enough for us to give you an honest early read on where you stand.
You don’t need to prepare anything formal. No documents, no application forms. Ballpark figures are fine to start with. If it makes sense to go further, we’ll explain exactly what we’d need and what the process looks like from there.
Our service is usually free to you, because lenders pay us a commission when your loan settles. If a fee ever applies, we’ll tell you upfront before any work starts.
